East Alum Molloy Named All-Conference at Arcadia

Haylee Molloy, of Holtsville, has been named to the 2012 All-Freedom Conference women's lacrosse team, the Middle Atlantic Conference recently announced.

Molloy, a 2011 graduate of Sachem East and current freshman at Arcadia University in Pennsylvania, was named to the all-conference second team.

With the second best offensive production to date in the history of Arcadia's women's lacrosse program, Molloy led the Knights in scoring this year with 63 goals and 79 points. Not one game passed without Molloy chipping in on the scoring, earning points in all 17 games, scoring 3 or more goals in 15 of those contests. 

Molloy finished her rookie season posting an impressive .788 shots on goal percentage. She is currently ranked second in single-season goals and second in single-season points and sits at 10th on Arcadia's all-time list for career goals and 9th for career points.
