The Brookhaven Chambers of Commerce Coalition is offering a $1,000 scholarship.

Last week the BCCC officially announced their Pasquale DeAngelis Scholarship, which is offered to any Town of Brookhaven 2012 graduating high school senior continuing their education in business-college or trade school.

Students are asked to submit a 500-word essay answering, “why I want to continue my education in business.”

 Judging for scholarships takes place March 7. The scholarship will be awarded at their Member of the Year Reception on April 12.
